30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

It must be in its original packaging

All accessories, manuals, and inclusions must be complete

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@eroomaph.com with photos and your order number so we can properly assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Opened or used fragrance oils

Used diffusers

Custom or special-order products
We also cannot accept returns for products that have been misused, modified, or damaged due to improper handling.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
